Great product
I purchased this product because I was seeing termites outside the house and so we applied it once about a month ago and haven't seen anymore since, I'm going to continue to purchase it. Very well worth the money.

IT KILLS AND PREVENTS TERMITES
I live in Houston Texas, prime breeding grounds for termites. My contracted Exterminator recommended this for a self defense and to control the termites as an alternative do it yourself. Very simple, I used a small spreader targeting my entire foundation perimeter of the house and watered down the granules, once every April and again early May. 100% works no termites. My neighbors have them but I don’t. These are the ones that breed and are born every year from the ground. I highly recommend this product.

ABSOLUTELY WORKS!!!
On recommendation I bought these granules to get rid of sub-subterranean termites around my house. Long story short.... bought a house, termite inspector "saw nothing", deal closed and shortly after moving in... a big swarm. Of course, me holding the bag. Looked up various advice and bought this. Used it, and sure enough... no more termites and various other things in the house. Treat once a year by just sprinkling around the foundation. BEAUTIFUL! 2nd year.... absolutely NOTHING. ALL termites gone.Unfortunately several states are now banning this because "Bees". It is NOT banned, oddly.... for your friendly, high priced pest control guy with the shiny expensive truck and clip board. Hmmm.....Maybe because it costs $50 or so a year to treat your entire house in 20 minutes?? AND it works???Mind you, the active chemical is used in several products that were used to spray plants, which is the issue regarding the bees..... this was sadly lumped in, but is ONLY used within 6" of your foundation. Always be mindful of beneficial creatures!!So if you value your home and are a diy person, get it while you can......

Most recommended preventive treatment for my area
Easy to apply. Low cost and low effort for protection that should last a couple of years. This was the suggested preventive treatment for my area (Central Florida.) I made this the final step of a two-part preventive treatment which should be effective and protect my home.

Did the trick!
My laundry shed was under a termite attack! I used this product (BIOADVANCED 700350A with Imidacloprid) around the base/slab, per instructions. I also used FiPro Foaming Aerosol (the same thing as Termidor) inside where activity was found. I paid close attention to the tunneling around the slab. Every 10 days or so, I knocked down the termite tunnels and sprayed the foam into the tunnels and around that area. Every time I did this, there were fewer tunnels and lots of dead termites in the area. It took weeks, but I fought them off and they have not returned. The big box stores do not carry this product with Imidacloprid, so make sure you are getting the real deal. Also, I bought the foaming spray from Solutions Pest & Lawn, which was less expensive than the Termidor. I will be using this annually to prevent another attack.

Less Effective than the original
Another step in over regulation. The original pesticide, very effective against termites was banned from many states in 2024 including my own , except for “commercial “ applicators. The theory is that is was harmful to bees. I suspect , though, the pest industry lobbied for the ban. If the product was used correctly , the possibility of harming bees was minimal. Given the price of it , I can’t imagine anyone indiscriminately spreading around their lawn, etc. The regulators never figure in the cost and resources for fixing termite damage . This new product has much less effectiveness and has to applied twice. I wonder how long before they ban it as well?
