🔥 Stay cool, stay ahead — thermal paste that means business!
Maxtor CTG10-2G is a high-performance carbon-based thermal compound paste designed for CPUs, GPUs, and all coolers. Offering an impressive 14.5W/m.k thermal conductivity, it ensures efficient heat dissipation while being metal-free and non-conductive for safe application. Easy to apply and built to last, this thermal paste maintains peak cooling performance for at least 5 years, making it a reliable choice for professionals and enthusiasts aiming to optimize their system’s thermal management.

Afforable, better performing themal paste but difficult to apply
If you are looking for another alternative to thermal applications for CPUs and GPUs, I think this Maxtor thermal paste is great. I re-pasted my GPU with Arctic mx-4 and for the time I thought it would be enough but then temps started getting really crazy. I have a 6700XT and the delta between the GPU core and hotspot was almost 30 deg or more, indicator overheating and also pump out (basically most of the paste squeezed out of the chip overtime). MX-4 isn’t suitable for GPU’s unless you wanna re-paste every few months but it’s thermal conductivity is not suited for GPU or even CPU dies long term. Stick to normal desktop CPUs with their IHS on them.I replaced it with the Maxtor CTG10 and while I’ve only known them for their hard drives back in the day, I was thoroughly impressed that this 4g tube is only 10 dollars. It will take time to see if the paste will pump out and temps increase again, but currently, not only is the GPU core temp more stable but the hotspot isn't 110deg. It has a closer delta between 15 to 20 deg. However, applying this thermal paste was a challenge. This paste is really viscous, which makes applying it to the GPU die or CPU difficult without at least warming it up and spreading it with the included spatula. If you can manage the difficult application process, I think you will be very impressed by another possible competitor to TG’s duronaut, but I think in general, the PTM7950 might be the most stable for stuff like this.

Thicc paste but temps are Amazing.
works amzing with 9800x3D and Tryx panorama 360M AIO. Temps stay around 35c idle and havnet gone above 55c while gaming.

One of the best TIMs around
This is a great thermal paste for high-end applications. It's noticeably thicker than many other TIMs, which is a good thing when it comes to durability and resisting pump-out effects. The high viscosity does make this more difficult than average to apply, but the included spatula helps, and you can warm up the paste beforehand to make it easier to handle. The kit also includes a dusting brush and grease-removing wipe to help with installation. I've been very happy with the CTG10's cooling performance, which is every bit as good as "extra-premium" materials costing more. This 4g tube is enough to cover multiple chips, making it a strong value. Highly recommended.

easy to use, similar to the pricier name brand.
Just as easy to use as the more expensive artic silver paste I've used in the past. It comes with a plastic spreader tool but I didn't bother using it, it's not really needed, I just use the bead method and let the heatsink spread it on its own. So far, no noticeable difference between this and the expensive brand.
