Slick looking with cool features, works but don’t expect precise readings just 0.10ppm increments.
It’ll probably save your life, if needs be, but it’s not super sensitive or overly accurate at lower CO concentration levels.Love the fact it shows humidity and temperature in the room it’s used in, also the very cool colour LCD screen looks like something off a KTM motorcycle, rather than a cheap plug in CO detector. The feature where you can hold down one of the buttons and the screen refreshes but upside down, for different plug socket orientations is ultra cool. 😎The fact you can choose from three screen brightness settings is also a nice touch, if one were using it in a dark room where it might become intrusive the screen can be dimmed or switched off completely, like the old SAAB dashboards in the 90’s. Also very cool and shows good design integrity. Note: even if the screen is in blackout mode, the unit is still functioning, and the reassuring quick flash every ten seconds or so still occurs. If it’s green it’s all good, and has a traffic light system building up to when the alarm sounds. The fact it runs off mains electricity is a huge plus for me, as these things tend to eat batteries if switched in all the time. My highly sensitive and commercial grade Kane 77 personal CO alarm will rage through an expensive 9v battery in just a day if used constantly, making it uneconomical to use for day to day home protection. It is however super sensitive and accurate, which shows up the only downside of this plugged in unit. It doesn’t seem to register anything below 10pmm. Situations which would trigger the Kane 77 to show 1,2,3 or so PPM CO and start to nervously flash its own green light, simply show as 0.00ppm on this detector. I haven’t been able to artificially get it to go above this level by burning matches, exhaling on the sensor etc.I did once have a bad wick height setting on a wick heater in the room I was in and it flared up with a sooty yellow flame, this took the monitor to 0.10 and a yellow flashing light from memory, as I was more concerned getting the flame level set correctly to stop the fumes. So I do trust it works. My Kane just would have been going berserk a long time before whereas this thing was only mildly aroused by the whole debacle. All in all, for the £20 I paid with a promotional discount at checkout, it’s a great little unit. It now sits next to my chair on a plug tower and I can check room temperature and humidity at a glance. If it’s full price, it’s getting a little spendy, but it is well made and expensive looking. I might buy another for upstairs if they ever go down to £20 again.

Good value for money
Good value for money, works well. I like the temperature display. Great that it plugs in and you don't need to worry about batteries. You can change the orientation of the screen if it looks upside down.

Brilliant, clear and straight-forward ... and upside down
It's brilliant ... but it's upside down!Everything is exactly as it should be.And it looks the bizBut thanks to the plug adaptor it turns out to sit upside down on most of the plug points I have available.Drats. That's one star I am keeping.

Everyone's still alive
Gave my daughter peace of mind that there wasn't excess CO in her flat in the early stages of pregnancy.
