B52 Machine Home Gym with Power Rack, Cable Crossover, Dual Pulley System, Landmine, and Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar – Heavy-Duty Fitness Equipment for Strength Training and Full-Body Workouts

Oh were to start. The product itself is of good quality and functions as advertised. My issue is that I ordered the B52 with the RD Bend and 230lbs weight bundle and have not received everything. There was no email indicating how many boxes I should be expecting. The rack system itself comes in 4 large boxes and came on one date. Then one box with (2) 45 lbs weights came the next day and the day after that a box with (2) 35 lbs weights came the third day. After assembling everything, i noticed i was missing the RC Bench, that box came 5 days after the 1st delivery. When i asked when he remaining weights would come, customer support sends me a list of deliveries and says i've recieved all the boxes. But i don't have the 230 lbs of weights that i paid for in the bundle. Customer support, thru amazon, on Major Fitness and Major Fitness Service Help phone was useless. They cannot tell me if and when i would get the weights i had paid for.
