I am new at making my own almond milk and I was spending a lot of money buying almonds, then I decided to try the almond flour and specifically this brand since I had bought their almonds before and I was pleased with the quality. Well, to my surprise the flour was even better to make milk and way cheaper, same quality and saved me a whole lot than having to buy almonds in bulk. I recommend this brand and the quality of the almond blanched almonds to make almond milk.

I have used this product for the last year or so after trying other Almond Flours and I could not be happier. It is perfect for a carrot cake that only uses almond flour. It is not gritty. It doesn't have an under-flavor that would otherwise taste slimy or sandy. It bakes well and moist. If almond flour really contains what it is supposed to contain (including protein) (and other scientific benefits) then this product is perfect. If not, it is perfect anyway. It does not purport to be anything more than almond flour. And it is great.

Flavor and quality are good

I have bought this multiple times now for my paleo baking. It is not super finely ground, but it is a nice even flour and works well for all the recipes I have tried it with. I like that it is non GMO and it is a good deal. Seems to keep well and the flavor and texture is good.

This is a high quality product in high quality packaging. This isn't SUPER fine or powdery, but the flavor is great and it bakes up nicely. I use it for my husband as he is on a medical required keto diet. So far I've used it to dredge meats for frying and I've made different flavors of muffins, buns, and cinnamon rolls. They have all been excellent.

I loved that it had a great texture and taste. It is very easy to incorporate this into all of my recipes. Baked goods turned out perfect

This is wonderful almond flour and does very well in my macarons! I suggest this almond flour.

I make a lot of recipes with almond flour and have eaten many. I bought Pillsbury almond flour, which is decadent in flavor and texture, yet very expensive. I was hoping this would be as good, but doesn't come close. Average in both, which you can find a lot cheaper with other brands of almond flour.
