It comes with everything you need, and the instructions are easy to follow, definitely a fun little project!The hardest part is getting baby to stay still during the molding step, even when sleeping! Despite the wiggling, the mold turned out pretty well.When I poured the casting material, I tilted and tapped the mold to help it fill evenly and avoid bubbles, but I still ended up with air trapped in two fingertips 😅 Totally my fault! I ordered a second kit to try again but haven’t had the chance yet.

My son has polydactyly of all 4 extremities and will be having surgery to remove the extra digits. We bought this kit to commemorate them before removal. I was hesitant about this kit because other similar things I found were much more expensive. This kit was easy and the final product is exactly what we were hoping for. If you follow the directions you will get a great result. We did wait until our little guy was asleep to cast his feet and hands and we found that worked best. Highly recommend! We’ll be painting these once dry

The kit is easy to understand and the video helps a lot. They give a good step by step. I did use warmer water to make the process go faster due to my son’s sensory needs. Unfortunately his foot came out terrible from him moving too much. His hand came out a little better but the 2 fingers came off even with me being gentle. Overall better for kids who can stay still or babies. Will go with a different kit next time where the tub is bigger for his needs of moving around to ensure it doesn’t get messed up from the bottom.

This is very nice! I now have something to remember my Granddaughter and grandson when they get older. I will always have this memory when they were tiny and innocent 🤗 the quality is very good. You just have to be careful when peeling the part off that reveals the fingers. I broke 3 of my Grandsons fingers, but I glued them back on because his little hand was so perfect. The part on the bottom broke on my granddaughters because it wasn’t fully dry, so make sure it dries a good amount of time. Also, when it turns light pink, you have to hurry and stick their hand or feet in quick or it will turn the graying color and clump up and harden and then it’s no good. I had to start over, but it worked out and came out BEAUTIFUL both times. I love it!

Was saving until my son turned 6th months, it was going to be a special memory.The instructions say when mixing the mold, wait until the pink has faded. I didn't wait until it was completely white but it was mostly faded, even then, the mold hardened so quick my son's foot had barely broken the surface. Needless to say there was no mold made, no cherished memory, and a waste of money 😭 I was so excited about having this for the future but each day that goes by, my son's foot grows bigger. It will never be as small as it is today or even tomorrow.My mama heart is broken I didn't get to make and keep his little foot.Edit to add:The company reimbursed me with a new kit and more direct instructionsThe second time around it came out marvelous ❤️🙏🏻 huge thank you to the seller for making it right, I would recommend following the temperature instructions. Use room temp water, not warm, hot or cold. ROOM TEMPERATURE. The temp of the water makes all the difference in the world

Ordered this to make a mold of my babies hand and foot. Super easy to use, with clear instructions! We ordered a second one to make for my in laws.

This was so difficult to do with a 6 month old. I tried her foot while she was happily eating watermelon in her high chair but the angle just wasn’t working because her big toe was sticking out.Then I tried her hand while she was asleep in her car seat but I mixed a little too long (I felt like the foot attempt was too short, giving her too much time to wiggle her feet) and the mold hardened too quickly and I couldn’t put her hand in.$25 wasted unfortunately!

I haven't gotten to use this product yet, the box came VERY beat up. The box looks like it has been opened before (maybe a return? The side you open it on has been ripped.) The cups and the plastic boxes have also been bent in from where the box is bent in. I'm debating returning this due to how badly the box is best up and the product inside being damaged. I'll update if I decide to do that, or if I use it.
