Great budget laptop

Great laptop for the money
I really like this laptop for the price. I've mostly been using in for Zoom and Meet meetings since my camera went out on my old laptop. It's clear and I can hear and be heard just fine. I love the number keypad.

Wi-Fi sucks
I love my computer but the Wi-Fi died almost immediately. As this is preloaded with windows, which requires a password to register and to log in, and that for some reason requires an internet connection, I was screwed until I was able to purchase a USB drive Wi-Fi receiver. This is a pretty big oops on Asus part, so I hope they fix this known issue. Otherwise it’s fine.

Great product. The only negative thing is the short battery life. Other than that I like what I got.

I was like a kid on Christmas day
I loved the opening greeting of welcome back. All of my info from a PRIOR Asus automatically transferred over, except my Zoom. Just click, let it do it thing, set your preferences. Took a while to charge as I was on it. Email and every thing transferred over. Came with some cool ear buds and of course a charger. Windows 11 pro and Microsoft office included. I never even turned the TV on! Completed a newsletter, participated in a Microsoft meeting via an email link. Great price with coupon, very light weight. Would need a secure and sturdy laptop bag. Adjusted the screen lighting and background to reduce the glare. I did not receive a docking station as advertised to be included or the card w\adapter. Thanks

Does not work!
The package arrived and the ends of the box was squished. I fully charged the computer but it wouldn’t turn on. When it finally turned on a message came up on the screen that it stating that the drive was compromised. The screen had fingerprint when I initially open it. The SD card holder was broken and the Card missing, the white charger was dirty like it had been used before. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased this computer for school and now I am out of luck because schools starts tomorrow and I have no computer
