Now bent and won’t fold up

This item wasn't very good the metal going through had come out and made a slight hole in the material..not comfy at all ..very uncomfortable round the face..and difficult to fold away again to return no instructions..

The item is ripped in two places - one of those rips means sharp wire is poking out.I bought this for my son but it’s not safe for him to wear.
