Does this work on carpet?

I have not tried it on carpet. I only have hardwood floors in the studio where it is used.

What is the height of this stool?

It can be 2 different heights, great purchase

When I sit on it (200lbs) it doesn't roll around. How do I unlock the wheels

The point of this stool is that when pressure is applied, it doesn't roll around. There is no way to lock the wheels.

Is the top of this step stool wide enough for standing?

It is for me with my woman's size 9.5 feet
