Great customer service! The heart rate monitor inaccurately reads between 65-85 during intense workouts. Additionally, the touch screen is extremely sensitive. Jeestam is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. The device is easy to use and great for monitoring heart rate while running, walking and step counting.

I found this product to be a very high quality for the low price. There are multiple activity functions you can switch on via your smartphone to track activity times and calories burned such as yoga,working out,biking etc. The tracker holds its charge for several days and even monitors deep and light sleep. This function is usually off by an hour but some measure of error Im sure since its based off your resting heart rate. There us a free app that needs to be downloaded with this product, was very simple to set up tracker. Would recommend.

This tracker is very attractive and comfortable. BUT... it gives you a lot of inaccurate information. The pedometer is not consistent and the sleep data is almost useless. For example, I go to bed at 8 and wake at 5 :00. The tracker records that I went to bed at after 11 and wake at 8. It is useless!! And this is the second one I got, having gotten a replacement a little over a month ago. I am beyond the return period, but says there is a 12 month warranty. I will find out what they will do today. I bought a different brand today and hopefully it will be better. The tracker I have does everything else, and I appreciate getting notifications of calls and messages on the tracker. For the price, it is worth trying it out. It is waterproof and you can shower with it. You can't do that with most of the other trackers. I have mixed feelings about this tracker.

I have to say I am a fan of this fitness tracker. I had another brand that was also "waterproof " but I left it on to do dishes and it never worked again. This tracker is waterproof. I was nervous at first to get it wet but so far it has made it through doing dishes and bath time with the kids.The app is easy to use. You can set one alert. It would be nice to be able personalize an alert. The band is comfortable. The display is easy to read. It is worth the money for sure. I would definitely recommend.

It's not top of the line, but if you're looking for something inexpensive, this works. My first watch didn't work right, but the send a replacement and it works fine. The step counter is still a little under, but by no more than it tells you to expect. Haven't used it for anything but walks, but it works fine for that. Heart rate works fine, haven't figured how to work the weather yet.

this thing can take a beating. im a dog groomer and wear this through soapy washes and all.the charge lasts about a week. if it dies before you sync it all the info is lost.sometimes it'll freeze on steps.the sleep tracker doesn't count naps which is a bummer since i dont really sleep full nights and just nap often but im not sure if other activity monitors do either.I'm pleased with it though.

I bought the this bracelet for myself and it looks great on me. It is stylish and comfortable to wear and a great replacement for the overpriced apple watch that I wasn't able to afford. It keeps track of the clock, steps and messages for me! Been using it for over few days now and I've had no troubles whatsoever!
