Q: Will it be over size, baggy and look over sized on a small/medium size lady?

It is not as large as it looks in the picture. It would be roomy but I don't think it would be overly baggy. It is not as large as some of my other capes. Not sure how much that helps. In general, I like these things on the roomy side because you have to wear something under it. It fits me perfectly and most of my clothes are size large/12.

This cape is not very thick,not heavy, but warm, you can wear is as a cover. ThanksFerand customer service

Q: Do these have arm holes?

It does not but fits and hugs well. I love it.
