Working much better
This thing will not work. I called the help line and got a recording. What a waste of money!!Three days later and, although not perfect, it works 75% of the time. Make sure you purchase the correct lithium batteries and charger.

Wireless door bell
It is a nice product with good quality vision. You don’t need electrician to install it. No wires needed.

Good investment in security
This is exactly what I needed! This is awesome! Responsive, clear video and photo, instant upload to my phone. Every feature works well. One improvement could be to add a disable feature so it's not snapping pics of the ceiling while charging. I'm also not sure what the batteries are for because it charges through the USB cord included. Other than that it's great and cost effective. Don't forget a mini sd card for storage too. Like in your cell phone.

Doesn't hook up to wi fi
Nice concept and features but can't get it thi hook up to wi fi so is useless and more past the return period because I kept trying for way too long, even had a tech try it and couldn't get it to work.

Won’t buy again
I like that I can see who’s at the door, sometimes. It takes too long for the app to open for viewing. It doesn’t come up quickly enough to answer the door and often callers leave before the app opens. Never have I been able to see who’s at the door when away from home. The bell goes off on my phone but the video just won’t load. Looking for another reliable brand

Easy Installing Great doorbell
I love the concept of this doorbell and chose it over the smart based on online reviews. I've had it about a month. While it does work, but it definitely could use improvements.I didn't have trouble physically installing the doorbell and I was able to power mine off the old doorbell wiring. However, I did have trouble connecting to WiFi to set up this. In my case, I had a hidden WiFi network ID and the connection attempts would time out. Once I made the network visible but still secured, I was able to connect. (I recently read that hiding the network causes its own security issues, so having a visible network with proper security is better based on what I read.)

Really works.. without paying a fortune or having a contract.
This is for our front door. I love it. So far it has let us know activity at our home while we were 3 hours away.
