PALO All Size Battery Charger Smart LCD Display for AA AAA C D 9V Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries with Car Charger(Upgraded Charger)

I would like this item if it worked...I do not like giving one star but, the LCD does not work and the red lights stay on. There is no on/off switch. However, as I said, "I like the item so, I am reordering again once my refund is processed." The chat/return was easy. I used Amazon rechargeable batteries, and made sure the polarities etc. were correct. It comes with a car charger cord which is nice...IF only IT worked!.
