Great product. 1st time trying it, besides an IMMEDIATE increase in energy, I've felt my mood and energy levels throughout the day have been positively affected. Curious to see how long term effects will be. Definitely recommend this or NMN which I've yet to try, both work on NAD levels.

I gave this product 4 rather than 5 because I only have been taking it for 30 days. However, I have heard so many wonderful things about how this product has helped my friends with sleepiness, mood improvement. I have also noticed an improvement in my skin. I sometimes struggle with swallowing pills. But these are not too big and they do not have an unpleasant after taste.

I absolutely love this stuff! I have never taken any supplement that I actually notice a difference the very first dose. I have felt fatigued and mentally unwell for quite a while and I felt an immediate boost of mental focus and energy. Almost like a natural gentle adderal.
