Q: What is the difference between Xtra and #4 for difficult nails?

Xtra and #4 are the same thing, but at one point, they switched from calling it just Xtra, to including it in the numbering scheme they had for the other three formulas. If you look at the box for #4, smaller on the front, it says Xtra.

Q: In tek guide says after applying layer of Tek apply polish and then apply Tek within to seven days how many layers will be then?

I am using the ridge filler. I apply NailTek, then 2 layers of color (I use sheer, deep color my require just one coat) and finish with a quick drying top coat weekly. I do not add more layers.

Q: How do i get this out of clothing?

It is like a nail polish. You can use either an acetone or non-acetone nail polish remover. I use the non-acetone remover to remove it from my nails. You will need to test it on a hidden part of the fabric as it is very likely that it will affect dyes in the cloth or even attack the fabric if it is a synthetic.
