Cannot grab hot pork with these, Was cookin up some pulled port and went to grab the meat with the gloves on and got burned. The sides are made of cloth and the hot juices penetrated through the cloth. Need full plastic gloves.

The inside liners pull out when you remove from hands and are extremely difficult to get back into the proper finger slots. I can still feel a lot of heat over the infrared burner. Hard to put on and take off your hands.

Love the gloves. I have never found a hot pad that didn't still burn my hands when using it. These gloves solve that problem! I use them not only for when I bbq but also when I camp as well. They are perfect for pulling hot pans off the griddle.

I used the gloves for the first time today, and they performed as advertised. Reading some of the reviews, I am not sure why someone would have trouble handling solid food. I turned a pork butt twice in a smoker and removed for wrapping without issue. It also clearly states in the advertisement that steam can and will penetrate these gloves. Handling hot grill and oven grates and food is my plan for these gloves.

I poured my charcoal from the chimney into my cooker and didn't feel a bit of heat. Some of the charcoal needed evened out because it was all piled up. Normally id use a spatula or something but thought Id put these gloves to the test and used my hand. Again....NOT ONE OUNCE OF HEAT on my fingers or hands. Fast shipping too. Love getting a product that is as advertised and these more than did that. Thanks CaveTools.

Fit , thickness ability to still handle Grill tools , Best over all is how easy to cleanup gloves.if you ..BQ..SMOKE.. .a lot this will work.

They are a bit big but so far have kept my hands nice and safe from burns. I use them cooking On my charcoal grill and let me tell you they work good

Bought them for my husband & he loves them. They are not easy to clean though
