Remove the flow restrictor
This is a well engineered shower head, but it is probably designed for areas where water saving is a priority. To get a more forceful spray on my 3 bar power shower installation I removed the rubber flow restrictor just inside the pipe end of the headset. The supplier had informed me that the flow restrictor was not removeable, but it is - with pair of long nosed pliers or similar tool. It can be reinstated easily if needed.The massage function is a tad too gentle but the mist spray makes up for that.Four stars because it's not perfect, but is a very good shower head.

brilliant shower head
love this shower head. it has relaxing settings to suit my moods.and the massage setting helps my bad shoulderone setting for washing my hair or gentle rain to sooth a bad day away.will recommend to all my family and friends

Good design
Use for two weeks now, head design good and bracket although fiddly to stick to the wall is very secure. Unfortunately my water pressure is a little low to use this to the maximum benefit but am sure it would,work well.

Plastic shower, stainless steel hose.
For some reason I was expecting this item to be stainless steel, but only the hose is, I was disappointed as it is painted plastic and I would have expected an item reduced from over £50 to be of a different quality.

Simply a great purchase.
Overall very pleased with item. The only surprise was the size of the shower head, it was larger than we expected. However after fitting and using item it turned out to be spot on. Would recommend.

Easy To Fit Shower Head
Quite pleased with the shower head, good length of lead, good idea for the fitting to hold the shower head no need to drill holes suction works well.
