I purchased another doorbell here on Amazon that sounds great, however, the receivers would just randomly go off on their own as if the 2.4 gigahertz Network or something in my house was setting them off. I am happy to report though I have 5 gigahertz and 2.5 gigahertz Wi-Fi with a lot of different devices, this doorbell system is not having any interference.However, the two transmitters had bad batteries. Yes they sent two transmitters instead of just one. Probably I'm going to assume they were having battery issues? When I press the button on them the blue light did not occur. I couldn't at first figure out what was happening. I removed a battery from one of the other doorbell units that I received from another company and boom that was the problem. Great product, sent with dead batteries.The transmitter button also has a tendency to stick a little. I have a feeling I can fix that. Anyway thank you for the great product.

I put a battery in each button and tried them. One worked with all receivers and another one didn't work at all. No sound. I switched the batteries to one from another and found out both buttons worked fine. One of the batteries included was dead. Now I need to go buy a new battery for the button. Receivers works fine.Easy to install for sure.Update: The customer service contacted me and gave me a partial refund for a battery. I was impressed with their politeness and quick response, except at the very end they mentioned me that I could update stars to 5. I believe the reviews are for the consumers and not for the companies' reputation.Their actual service was 5 stars, so I changed my stars to 4 for overall rating.

Smooth transaction and quality product. Easy installation. My biggest concern is whether it would be functional across the 1.3 acre property and 6000 square foot home. It activates for these distances and is fully functional. Would purchase again.

This doorbell system is Fantastic! It's super easy to install and the sounds are nice and loud and clear. I love the fact that they're portable... If I need to go to a part of the house where I wouldn't hear it I just take it along with me!! If you need a new doorbell get this one! It Rocks!!

Included batteries were dead. No way to ask them to send some good batteries without returning the whole thing. So I used some batteries I had in a drawer.Also, the instructions say to use a flat head screw driver but they provide a Philips head...big difference but not an issue.

We bought this not for a doorbell but a bedside alarm for my elderly mother. We put four bells around the house if she needs help she just pushes the button. Works great

I use this to alert me when people are interested in my iris garden. Which two buttons and 3 receivers I can cover my half acre with two entrance points easily.

The transmitters did not work. Why? Don’t know. Returned for refund. Easy return.But - for information purposes for my review - when I pushed the chime button on the receiver to hear the different chimes, they were loud and easy to hear.
