Listen when I say that Dr Dan’s is the only beneficial lip balm out there (at least that I’ve discovered). It may not be trendy or viral, but it WORKS. It is an amazing value for a pack of 3, especially considering the quality of each little tube. They may seem unassuming, but this is the only lip balm that truly heals cracked, dry, painful lips and sores. There is no tingling, flavors, scents, or gimmicks. Just roll it on and let it do its thing. I prefer to roll on a layer before bed, then top it off with a layer of Aquaphor to really seal it in. By the morning, my chapped lips are significantly better. I have even seen Dr Dans quickly heal cold sores.So many other lip products just irritate or crest more dryness. They may be fine in moderation, but I always return to Dr Dans for real results and relief.

My dermatologist recommended this brand. I had a mysterious issue with my lips that he didn't even know what it was - splitting, bloody, chapped, and sire. He said he'd never seen it before. So, I got this brand and it went away! I am completely healed! And it hurts so much! I held off for a couple years because of the expense and also I used the Cortibalm first, so I wasn't sure if I should use it, since it has a steroid in it. Well, both works better than Chapstick. I no longer feel I need to use lipstick, which I hated to wear at home. I told my doctor only dark lipstick seems to heal my lips and he didn't know how it was possible. Believe me, I am not a fan of wearing lipstick at home! Dr. Dan's Maintain is better than all other lip balms on the market - all of them. I have tried every single one of them. The reason is is because it stays on the lips. It doesn't dry out or leave the lips. You don't even want to lick it off. It is amazing. I just wish the SPF one was available for outdoor use, so I use it in conjunction with SPF. This stuff should be sold nationwide.

I had chapped lips after a bad sunburned and this was the only thing thar would help me. It's made with no harsh or addictive chemicals that make you want to reapply so I keep it on hand anytime I just need a little boost of moisture to feel better. I highly recommend this line of products!

The only chapstick that doesn’t irritate my lips!!!! Works wonders. Stays on and really locks in moisture. Good for sensitive lips.

This is pretty moisturizing but not overly thick as if you were applying Vaseline. It doesn’t have a glossy finish and feels velvety on the lips, easy to apply and smells pretty nice, like shea butter. Not giving 5 stars because I feel like the velvety finish isn’t to my liking, but it does moisturize the lips!

Dr. Dan’s CortiBalm lip balm was highly recommended by my dermatologist & staff. I tried the free samples of the lip balm; it tremendously helped to relieve & heal my chapped dry lips that’s attributable with my Sjogren’s Autoimmune diagnosis. I’ve tried other nat’l brands of lip balms of which seriously pale in comparison to Dr. Dan’s CortiBalm & his other aftercare products. Dr. Dan’s lip balm is very pliable, goes on smoothly, & it is quite soothing. I’m a convert! Thank you Dr. Dan & everyone involved in creating this most helpful & effective product! ;-D. My dermatologist recommended this and cortibalm, they are the only chapsticks that havent given me some sort of reaction. I love the feel on my lips and it doesnt have a flavor to encourage me to lick. HOWEVER in my opinion it smells like cigarette ash? It threw me for the first 2 weeks or so bc its not a strong smell so i thought i was going crazy but since ive figured it out, i dont really smell it anymore

This last winter I got what I think is eczema on my lips for the first time. Nothing helped in fixing it. All my old trusted lip products failed me. I turned to Cortibalm (the sister product to this) and it helped fix my lips in less than a week!Obviously, I can't keep using that one because of the cortisone. However, I've been using this to maintain and it does so beautifully! If things are going okay, I can use my regular lip balms again but the minute my lips are less than perfect I have to use this lip balm if I want to stand a chance of not living in burning lip hell!!!!I don't why, but this lip balm seems to be one of the few things that calms my lip skin... I live in fear now of this product being discontinued or hard to find. :(
