Rostio Tank Rust Remover 5 Litre Concentrate – Rust Removal Fuel Petrol Water Tank

I cleaned out an old rusty fuel tank that had rust allover the inside and 13 year old petrol I put this product in mixed with hot water and wrapped the tank in blankets to keep it warm for 24 hours, the result was amazing the inside of the tank was like new

First of all, the delivery was amazing! It took only 4 days to be delivered - and it was packaged and posted in Germany.You can see how much rust was washed out of the tank.The rust remover did exactly that. I filled the tank with hot water as instructed and left it out in the sun. As it was during the hot spell, the tank remained really hot throughout the day. I emptied it after about 26 hours, rinsed & looked inside - I have an inspection camera on a flexible lead so could thoroughly inspect the interior - wow what a job! All the rust, some of it thick and crusty, had gone. I then rinsed it with the inhibitor & hopefully should not have another issue.Great productI wonder if those reviews which were not complimentary had let the water cool too soon - maybe keeping it hot allows it to work more effectively.
