Great value! Helps with my performance. Does not give me jitters. But helps with the pain

It is excellent. I’ve been working for twenty years and the product is one of the best. Today I used it and worked out intensively. But keep in mind that you should NOT take it in the evening, otherwise you are not going to sleep. Besides, since it helps pretty well to work out, after training your are gonna get very tired which is normal. In my opinion you also have to take care of how much you can work out using it, because you fell much more stronger, what can leads to injuries in your muscle and joints. I suggest for those who are already training, because you may get more power than your muscles and joints can support. In a nutshell, excellent product, but not for beginners.

Flavor isn’t the best but ingredients are solid a full scoop is a bit intense though Lol
