Qulaity. Works. Easy to use.
Build quality is good. It is straight and appears it would take a lot to bend it. Value for the money is great. Works on a Kawasaki Ninja 650, imagine it would work on any chain drive motorcycle. Easy to use.

Great Product
This product is a fantastic find! It's reasonably priced, making it accessible for most budgets without compromising on quality. The product is exactly as described, and its usefulness cannot be overstated. I've found it to be incredibly practical and efficient in meeting my needs. The attention to detail is impressive, and the performance is on par with more expensive alternatives. If you're looking for something reliable, well-made, and at a fair price point, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Works pretty well
My bike's chain is starting to reach the end of its life. I'm trying to keep it going through the rest of this riding season by lubricating it frequently (every 3-500 miles, which for me is once or twice a month) and by cleaning it thoroughly every couple of thousand miles. On my bike, removing and reinstalling the chain is pretty easy, and I've gotten good at it.Aligning the chain is the most time-consuming part. Last time I did it by eye and got it fairly close, but I wanted something that would be quicker and more precise than my uncalibrated eyeball. There are a lot of knockoff versions of this tool floating around, but I've always had good luck with genuine Motion Pro stuff so I paid an extra couple of bucks (literally-- this tool is about $5 more expensive than the knockoff). In short, it works. The length of the rod makes it easy to dial in the alignment with good precision. I only knocked a star off because the tool is just barely wide enough to fit over my bike's sprocket (which has a chain guide riveted onto it). The only orientation that works on my sprocket is with the alignment bar on the inboard side of the chain, which makes it more difficult to get a top-down view of the alignment. I eventually got it but it took some messing around the first time. Next time I'm sure it will be much quicker. So I removed my chain, cleaned it (and scrubbed about a ton of road grime and grit off it), soaked it in gear oil, and let it drip overnight. The next day I installed it and used the alignment tool to get it dead-nuts. Good enough for my old bike, and I'll probably be able to finish the season with this tired chain.

Great tool
This tool removed all the guess-and-by-golly I was suffering through trying to get the front and rear sprockets realigned on my 2022 KLR. So simple to use: clamp it on the rear sprocket, sight down the rod,and you know instantly how aligned the chain and rear sprocket are. The right swingarm alignment bracket on this bike fits so loosely that it is impossible to align the rear wheel by comparing to left side bracket (per the service manual). Now, with this tool, aligning is a cinch to do; no guess work.

Quality product + easy to use = peace of mind.
This is genius level design and function.Needing to learn how to work on my own motorcycle, I decided my first project would be tires, chain, and sprockets for my upcoming cross country trip. The Motion Pro Chain Alignment Tool gave me the confidence that my installation was precise. Many in the forums had warned that the hashmarks on the swing arm are not always accurate. With this tool I was able to line my wheels up perfectly and discover that my hashmarks were 1/4 of a mark off. The tool is self explanatory. Gently clamped it on the rear sprocket of my VStrom 650 and shone a light down the chain for a perfect alingment. Now that my bike is back together this simple tool, not much larger than a silver dollar, will store easy in my tool tube and go with me for my own use or to double check any roadside service I encounter on my trip.I would recommend all riders keep one to keep their mechanics on their toes, if for no other reason.
