Great for fake farina
I am on the HFLC diet. I really missed cooked cereals like farina for breakfast. This stuff is great for fake farina! I use 2 TBSP of this almond flour (regular doesn't work), 1/8 tsp ground flax seed flour, Swerve sweetener, dash of salt and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Cook, stirring constantly, on top of stove over medium heat until thickened. Add 1 TBSP butter and serve with cream or almond milk. Yum! BTW, I use a whisk to keep it from lumping.I found the recipe on the web but had to tweak it for me. I wish I could remember the website so I could give her credit.

Really great, it pricey.
This stuff is amazing. As a type 1 diabetic I try to eat low carb so I can take less insulin. It’s so great for recipes! I can’t give it five stars because it’s just way too expensive. I’ll have to stick with my low calorie coconut flour I get for $6.

Great stuff
This flour behaves much like coconut flour in baking. Definitely has a place in my kitchen!

Too Expensive for the amount received.
The product itself is fine. I bought it to reduce the amount of fat in baking Keto recipes. However due to the small amount of product received for such a very expensive price, I will not order this again. One 3lb bag of almond flour is $11.99 at Costco. The 3 bags of this I ordered doesn’t even equal one bag of regular almond flour from Costco and this cost me $60.

Bitter and rancid taste
Complete waste of money. I can't return it for a refund, because it's in the food category. But it's just rubbish. You know what it's like to get that occasional nasty tasting almond? That's what this product tastes like, only two pounds worth. Awful, awful, awful. Worse yet, the packages must not have been stored properly, as the rancid smell is the predominant one.Again: bitter and rancid.

Good product
This is a great alternative to regular almond flour as almond flour tends to be very heavy. It’s great in pancakes and you can even make a low carb ‘cream of wheat’ out of it!

The absolute finest grind
Perfect except for the high price.I have a genetic condition whereby I have trouble eliminating plant sterols (which for most people are quite healthy). Finding this reduced fat flour reduces my inflammation by reducing the amount of sterols. It’s also the FINEST grind I have found yet for almond flour. I use this by weight not volume for Keto recipes. It makes baked good less heavy, and much more like the results from traditional wheat flour.Unless and until the price comes down, I would recommend using this more for special occasions - unless of course money is no object then I recommend this over all other almond flours.

Defatted Almond Flour
I bought this as it's defatted Almond flour, unlike the ones you'll buy elsewhere that are loaded with fat and higher calories. It is superb though and I used mine to make Slimming World christmas cake. Very morish and a good substitute for wheat flour in cakes.
