Heavy, but for hard floors great
It is quite heavy, and sometimes difficult to get the direction right.I live in a 3 bed bungalow with hard floors throughout and can’t really fault it.I’ve found it a really good item.

Don't buy...no longer on the market.
I had a problem with the under tray...changing from vacuum to steam clean. When I spoke to the manufacturer Hoover directly. They informed me that they don't make the product anymore since 2017 they said. So there were no replacements to be given. I then spoke to Amazon UK. Who understood the situation tight away and gave a full refund on the item....So I can't say how the product worked

pads very hard to find
works well but pads are next to impossible to get and if you do find them £20 for two have to see if I can make other kinds fit pity it works well as a a steamer but very heavy to push

Perfect product
Product looks just as in the picture. Is really good for a one bedroom apartment. The steam is really powerful and the delivery is fantastic. This product really changed my life, so affordable for a product that really makes the difference!!

Was broken when I received this item., wasn’t happy. How can u sell a product when the handle falls apart straight away.
