This product would be fine for a dog collar or something similar, but I was expecting it to be of a sufficient quality to use on a uniform. No such luck. The text embroidery is fine, but the border is all wobbly and curved and bunched up looking. It looks a bit like it was heat-shrunk. I've received much better quality name tapes from other embroidery companies online that specialize in embroidery for uniforms and biker jackets and such. Also the pricing wasn't better than companies delivering better quality. The only advantage of ordering here is speed, which was fast. Unfortunately for me, getting something fast that I'm just going to throw away isn't any kind of value.

Total junk. I had gotten another one froM a different company and mistakenly ordered this one trying to get another. What I received from this company looked like a three year old made it. It was frayed and sloppy. Literally a piece of trash. When I wrote and email informing them of my experience and that I would be writing a review , Rachel told me it was strictly forbidden to threaten with a bad review. I explained the review wasn’t a threat , it’s how online business work, and that they needed to send me a non damaged patch that I ordered or refund my money. She said they would send a replacement. We will see how that goes. I wish I had read some of the other reviewsUpdating and adding one star because they did remake it and send it right out. Although not frayed this time it is still off centered and looks like something a middle schooler would bring home from art class. Waste of money

Especially for something custom this arrived super fast. I received it in 1 week. I bought it for my brother-in-law this coming xmas. Trust me, the patch describes him perfectly. I appreciated all the options available for sizes and colors. Now, some might see this pic and think that the name is too high up but if you notice I have two letters that go "below the line" on paper. If I had done this all in caps it would have been more centered. This was my own choice. FYI: I picked the hook fastener backed 1" x 5" on red fabric with black thread. I would buy from this seller again.

Difficult company to deal with and product is nothing special. Be careful when ordering it you'll end up with a sew on instead of Velcro backing. Sew on... Really? Who does that?

Very happy with my new name tag, it looks good, and sewed onto my weld jacket just fine. thus far, no color fade due to repeated washes/ exposure to UV from weld arcs over about a month of continuous use. dunno if it speaks to sun exposure tolerance over time, (welding is more intense than sunlight) but it seems pretty durable nonetheless.

Not the quality I expected, camo material isn’t the best, patch doesn’t have a true border edge, and the letters for my name were misaligned and uneven, looks like it was made in grandmas basement. Won’t be a repeat customer

I purchased this name tape for my dogs collar. I was impressed when if first arrived but after only about a week of being in use there were several threads hanging loose around the edges. The name and embroidery are top notch and look great but the actual patch just doesn't seem to be of good quality. But I'm just kinda waiting on it to fall apart now.

The company provided what they said, quality with quick turnaround. I had bought some black gear bags, one of which was a black backpack, well I couldn't use the standard black permanent marker to put my name on it, so I ordered a few of these name tags. Now there is no question as to who's gear it is, and it looks cool too.

My order was completed and shipped the same day. This was an international order and I got it within a week. I'm very happy with the quality. This is exactly what I wanted. 5 stars!
