I'll start off by saying this is not an unnoticeable replacement for real pasta. I will say that if you are used to using specialized zucchini, then this stuff is way better. I made both Spaghetti and Lasagna using Rao's marinara sauce and I'd say the taste is quite good, but ultimately its still off compared to the real thing. On the other hand, I threw this into beef stroganoff and it was absolutely delicious. So if you are going to use this then make sure your sauce is bold and flavorful.

The first night we made spaghetti and meat balls using Rao's sensitive marinara sauce and the Natural Heaven noodles. Both my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised by how good it is. We did get an occasional bite that had a vegetable taste and texture to it, but I think if we cooked it a little longer that would take care of that. A few nights later we made lasagna. These noodles are a bit thicker and have more of a vegetable taste. But we've been keto for awhile and have tried zuchinni and cabbage as a noodle substitute and are used to the vegetable flavor. Natural Heaven lasagna noodles are by far better than any of the other substitutes we've tried. I recommended these "noodles" to my in-laws are they also love them.

If you're on Vegan Keto and miss pasta, this is for you. Not much flavor but your sauce vegan cheese and or tofu ricotta can dominate the flavor. 100% natural - just palm hearts from Ecuador. No fishy smell like those Japanese yam pastas.

I prepared it as box directed. Had little to no flavor, as does plain pasta. But it was crunchy. It wasn't all crunchy, but mostly. It was like eating a bite of coleslaw, but with marinara sauce. Definitely a fail. And expensive! There are no returns on grocery items, so, much $$ into the trash. Buyer beware.

The flavor was not far off from regular spaghetti noodles. I’m doing the paleo diet and wanted an alternative to grain and pasta. This has not disappointed me i will be ordering more!For anyone wondering what i put in mine in the pictures:It was a 1/3 of a can of diced tomatoes with oregano, basil and italian seasoning- i didn’t measure the spinach or spinach- i can send you a picture of the noodles i used . They were pre-cooked they only take 4 minutes to cook. I pre-cooked the shrimp in butter and then i cooked everything together adding in the diced tomatoes, spinach and shrimp to the noodles.(P.s i cookee the shrimp in ghee butter i got from Aldi’s). Me and my mom loved this.

I am trying to not eat flour products or sugar, but miss my pasta dishes. This product is my substitution for pasta. It has a very strong smell when you open it, so I run water over it in a strainer for several minutes swishing it around. That eliminates a great deal of the smell. I use different shapes for spagetti, and other pasta dishes and so far, my husband has not rejected them. It is not the same as the flour, but is acceptable for a substitution.

I'm doing Ketogenic lifestyle... so this is a very good start for me instead of eating traditional pasta. I found this lasagna and spaguetti noodles on a site of keto food and make a research so I decided they deserve a try... let me tell you, are great. Was skeptical at first when opened the package and see they were so different in comparison with traditional pasta. I also bought the Yo MAMA"S Marinara sauce and it taste awesome! It was like having and enjoying my favorite lasagna! Don't expect same taste as regular pasta, be open to try it and then have your own opinion. For me is a must have!

The seller was great. I got what I ordered, and it was delivered as promised.I used the lasagna noodles. They were not as large as I thought they would be. When I first took them out of the container, there is an odd smell to them. I went ahead and made the lasagna. The taste was not horrible, but the texture is off. I had to make sure that there was plenty of ricotta cheese mixture on the noodle to be able to eat it.After that, I did not even attempt to use the spaghetti noodles-threw away in the trash.I will not be buying these again.Once again, the seller was great. I just did not like the product.
