ALL TIME VERY BEST and CHEAPEST Chin Strap I have ever used! I LOVE IT!
I have owned many chin straps from all the big CPAP makers as I have used a CPAP for almost 20 years. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST ONE EVER. It is simple, durable, VERY AFFORDABLE, and if you follow the directions, IT WORKS. The material feels as good as all the other chin straps out there, it fits well, the support strap (IF you put it on right) is very helpful... and it would keep a mules mouth shut it is so good. The reason I am so pumped about this strap is because it works and is FAR cheaper than the other straps by Resperonics.PROSWORKSEASY TO USEQUALITYPRICECONSI do wish it came in girly colors but what the heck that's just a wish not a complaint!I love this product!

Simple, works well.
Very breathable, soft, highly adjustable with velcro type closures. Works well to keep jaw closed and prevent mouth breathing and snoring during sleep. My last one was easily machine washable and only lost it's ability to stretch after a year of nightly use. The pictures and discription to not show the two velcro straps that are included. This device is comfortable, reasonably priced, long lasting, and works well. I have tried other chin straps and this simple one works best for me.

Lack of quality control!
I have been buying this chinstrap since 2019, when I started using a BiPAP. It has the widest range of adjustment of any wide chinstrap I’ve been able to find. That’s important because I find that as the chinstrap ages I have to tighten it from time to time. A wide adjustment range means that it’s possible to keep using the same chinstrap for a longer period of time before discarding it.The problem with this chinstrap is that there is no quality control from the manufacturer. During the pandemic I believed that that lack of quality control might have been due to supply chain problems. During those years the chin straps were pretty much consistently the same size but the elastic material varied widely in its characteristics. Sometimes it was flabby and would last for a relatively short period of time before I run out of adjustment range. Sometimes the elastic was relatively strong and could last for many months with only slight adjustments.I made the mistake of buying several of these chinstraps at once recently and then did not open one until after the return window had closed. What I discovered is that the latest batch of these chinstraps not only used very flabby elastic and lower quality Velcro but the total length of the strap was also about 2 inches longer than previous shipments I had received. When set at the beginning of its adjustment range the strap was inches below my chin which is of course useless. The result of this combination is that I had to tighten the chinstrap beyond its normal adjustment range so that the Velcro was almost failing to overlap to get it tight enough to hold up my chin. That in turn means that there is no reserve adjustment range available for tightening it as the elastic ages and becomes even more flabby.I can only hope that the next time I order this product I will receive a strap with strong elastic of the proper length and with good quality Velcro. You can be sure I will not order several at once again and that I will open the package immediately on receiving it.I eventually figured out how to use gorilla glue to shorten the strap to make it usable by gluing a "Z" shaped section behind the smaller Velcro segment.I recently ordered 2 more of these. this time I didn't even receive the same product. The label on the outside said PRIMADA PREMIUM but a sheet of paper inside admitted that it as a SUNSET HEALTHCARE CS004L. the longer Velcro section was 1-1/2 inches shorter than the PRIMADA, making it much less adjustable. The elastic seems wimpier too.Since this item is non-returnable, all I can do I complain here, I guess. I'd sure like to find a source of the original straps.

LIke it so much I bought another
Repeat buyer. Bought the first one almost a year ago and it's held up well. And does its job well. I've got Bruce Bochy-sized dome and this chin strap allowed me to keep my jaw closed (the smaller, accessory straps was not used).Despite being a wide strap, it is comfortable to wear. And as a side benefit, it acts as a pad when I wear my CPAP mask (nasal pillows). I put this chin strap first, then place the mask on. I'm speculating because of the wider strap (and not strapping it on tightly), it does not leave strap marks on my face-- unlike the smaller straps of my CPAP mask.I have hand washed and machine washed this strap (tip: if machine wash, place the strap into a laundry wash bag as if it was a delicate lingerie-- something like: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PE1JJJI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )The reason for the second purchase is to place it my travel CPAP bag (I have a small travel CPAP machine in addition to the larger home unit).

Not the same material as previous chin straps
I have used the PRIMADA chinstrap from AG Industries for years. It is the only chin strap that keeps my mouth close so that I do not mouth breathe while sleeping. However, the chin strap I received from Amazon in my most recent order was disappointing to say the least. Apparently, the material being used has changed from a sturdy cotton elastic to a lighter, much less sturdy open weave material that simply does not work for me. After 4 weeks of use, this newest chin strap is already stretched out. The former material lasted me at least 4 to 5 months. Fortunately, I have been able to locate the original product from another supplier. Very sorry I will not be able to order this through Amazon in the future, but have to have a strong, reliable chin strap in order for my CPAP therapy to be successful.
