Braudel Heavy Duty Pocket Wrench, Hard Stainless Steel,Multi- Purpose Tool,with a Double Standard Scale Feet/Flat/Screwdriver

I bought one of these pocket wrenches for a small tool kit that I put together. I have a Burketek Pocket Wrench II and they are great little tools to carry around in your pocket or in any tool kit. This one is near identical to the Pocket Wrench II but falls a little short in precision design. The wrenches are identical in size and the wrench openings are spot on. The laser etched rulers on this wrench, one being SAE and the other MM, are perfectly aligned and highly visible. The metal finish is a nice shiny polished finish and matches that of the Pocket Wrench II. The only noticeable differences that I could make out are the 1/4 slot for bits is not lined up perfectly as with the Pocket Wrench II and the slot is a little rough as if it was punched and not laser cut. The other difference that I found was the slant on the pry bar end was not perfectly lined up with the ruler so again obviously not a 100% precision job, but also not affecting any functionality. Visual impairments aside, this is a very close match to the Pocket Wrench II and functions just as well and I highly recommend it as they are handy little tools to have around.

I carry this tool in the same nylon pouch with my Leatherman Wave. This is the same pouch that came with my Leatherman Wave.My pouch contains the Wave, one accessory bit holder, the bit extension, a Fisher Space Pen Stowaway, and a flashlight.I have used the Pocket Wrench for the ruler and, most importantly, utilized the 1/4" next bit hole to gain leverage on the Leatherman bit extension. I realize I could simply rotate the Wave bit adapter 90 degrees and gain the same leverage, but I'd rather not place that kind of torsion on the tool.As a wrench, I do see myself using this function, as well as using the tapered end to pry with. I am satisfied with the build quality of this tool. However, if I were needing to use this tool daily as a wrench or pry bar, I would consider simply carrying a small adjustable wrench and small pry bar instead.

It’s impossible not to compare this to the US made original, but at a fraction of the price it’s a functional if not perfect reproduction. Solid and certainly feels strong enough for any sort of use it’s diminutive size will allow you to put it to. I put it in a car kit so I’ve not used it beyond testing when it arrived and as such its minor negatives don’t annoy me; those being poor etching (not a functional issue) and a less crisp finish than the original. Still for the money it’s great.

I've owned a wrench like this for years. It takes no room in my pocket, fits a wide variety of nuts and is a handy little pry bar. I'm a nurse, and this will open and close oxygen tanks and will even open my favorite beverage once I get home. The 1/4" head is handy to add leverage when working with multi-bit screwdrivers. I lost my last wrench and immediately ordered a new one.

Ordered this just to check it out for an EDC tool. I carry a knife, belt cutter, window breaker at all times as well and wanted something to go with it. For the price, it's well worth it. I'm going to order another to keep at the house.

If you don’t have two of these in your back pocket what the hell are you doing ? Best “pocket tool” I literally use them everyday I love them so much I bought a pair for each of my shop guys!

Good quality, great value. The chain is very good quality, doesn't irritate my neck. The took is compact, light, and handy. I bought two and maybe I need to buy some for loved ones too.
