The lemon juice element is overbearing. The first 'bite' turns one of my boys off and he's slow to finish the spoonful. He sort of pushes it out of his mouth a little. The subsequent spoonfuls go over much easier. I think he just needs to warm up to the tartness. The first time we tried it he twisted up his face,lol. He still lowers his brow and looks confused when it comes to that first mouthful. I don't like how tart it is and I wouldn't recommend it for babies starting out on purees. Maybe for older babies who are already used to new foods. Me and mines are only three weeks into trying purees (once/twice a day-a few teaspoons) and I won't be buying this one again for awhile. It is also a bit on the sweeter side. For the next servings I had to cut it with carrot puree to tone down the sweetness.Overall,it's a good tasting puree for round two. For babies just starting out it may be too tart,too sweet and too acidic. The texture is nice though as it is smooth and not too thick nor runny.

We all eat these! The leftovers refrigerate well and they keep at a good range of temperatures. Great for an emergency snack kit!

Great vegan healthy snack to take on the go. I carry these in the car, in my purse and backpack. Always have them around when feeling like a healthy snack

This is a fabulous way for people of all ages to get in their fruits AND GREEN VEGETABLES! We have used these pouches for 6 years and love them. My only complaint is the amount of waste since I cant find a recycling program for them.
