Used it for a week then the app threw an error saying the hardware was not authorized. It makes sense now because the product is named completely different from the app. The app makes no mention of HiGo products. I emailed the seller and they said they would test this and get back to me. No wI sent em back for a refund.Update: the company sent me a letter of authority to use the app and offered assistance on correcting the problem. I had already sent it back so we couldn't troubleshoot. I changed to 3 stars considering the seller did try to help me and were willing to prove authenticity.

This product is terrible! I have to set it up every time because by phone (with Bluetooth on) can’t find the device. Defeats the purpose COMPLETELY!!

Got this for my hubby for father's day because he is constantly losing his keys and the first day he had it he dropped his keys and it broke completely apart. Had to return it.

Will not stay connected to my iPhone Bluetooth making it necessary for me to return product. I gave it a one star rating as it would not let me complete comment without. I was going to not give it any star rating.

Returning items due to one totally stopped working and the fact that the App if very confusing and does not work as described.

Was a little difficult to connect to iPhone 8 plus. Has a fairly short range, seems to only work within 25-30 feet.

Hi very nice

Easy to set up, but I notice this device consume a lot of power. I set it up 3 days ago and currently showing 40%. Im seeing this as a problem since my first keyfinder did the same it ran out of battery too fast
