Luggage by LANZZO Aluminum Travel Suitcase Magnesium Alloy with Spinner Wheels Hardshell TSA Lock Approved

I have had this suitcase since November 2018. I thought this was a great suitcase until i noticed the middle of the wheel coming apart. I have checked this bag in only about 8 times so far. I have tried to contact Lanzzo via email only option available (no phone number) for warranty repair. Depending how their good their service is I will make a change to the 1 star rating. I do expect prompt response from e-mail but so far none has come back from Lanzzo.I did get a response from the seller today, who said he get back to me.Got replacement wheel sent to me. It was easy to install with the tool provided.

Great suitcase. Stylish, alot of space, built in TSA locks. Hard outer shell protects items inside very well. Would repurchase in future.

Solidly built, casters seem tough and function great. Design of storage and overlays inside, are fantastic.
