Purchased in February and it was broken before May. I liked the look of it but under normal household use it was essentially broken in two months. I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes of getting it replace under the 1 year warranty. and so far have only received a response of "where did you purchase it".I definitely would recommend looking at other brands if your looking for this specific style.

I was very happy to receive the replacement for my original purchase. It took awhile but they were very accommodating with sending me the new commode seat to replace my Eljer. It is pretty good quality even though its plastic. Easy to install.

Although the seat was easy to install, The lid broke off after about six weeks of use. This is used in the master bathroom that does not get a ton of use as this is a weekend house. No one stands on the toilet lid. There’s no kids around. There is no reason this lid should have snapped off. Now the toilet seat itself, which is attached, slides when you sit on it. I bought two of these and the other one works fine. However, I would recommend you spend the extra $10 and buy the wooden one. This one just doesn’t last.

Perfect replacement seat for my 1994 Eljer toilet. The description indicates round. This is slightly elongated, not round - just like the form of the toilet. Why not 5 stars? Simply, Price is higher than comparable seats for other toilets. This is the lowest price I could find for this particular toilet.

Fit my unusual shaped toilet. I looked all over for a squared off toilet seat. It is plastic I prefer wood with paint over it but this one seams sturdy. Has been on for about a week and has not become loose. Only giving it a 4 star because if the sharp gate cuts on the back of the seat.

If you have dated commode like ours, this is you seat! Hard to find shape and size at the stores now so I had to buy my cheek holder from Amazon. Holds my butt like it should, I don't know what else you could ask for in a toilet seat to be honest.

We have an Eljer bone colored toilet- when the seat broke I figured we wouldn’t find another match. It’s not carried in traditional chain stores. What a find! It’s perfect and installed fast, easy, & sturdy!

Not as sturdy as the previous ones, but fit is good.

Got tired of making do with generic seats that don't fit. It's expensive but worth having for a correct fit. Have purchased two.

It's incredibly hard to find these seats with the square front, but this one does the job. Get one before they disappear again.
