Product came well-packaged and to my front doorstep by Amazon. Easy to follow instructions are provided and installation took less than 30 minutes by myself. Really like the tabs that are used to attach to the flange bolts, then the toilet is secured using screws that "pull" the toilet down onto the wax ring (included) on the drain pipe. Make sure you alter between tightening the screws, rather than snugging one side down first. The toilet wants to pull itself toward the side you are tightening. Easy to adjust water flow on the flush mechanism within the storage tank area. Recommend slightly twisting the mechanism to remove and make the adjustment to both the low flush and high flush, then reinstall back into the tank. Soft close seat is simple to install and remove for cleaning. Seat and toilet lid are made of plastic, so they are very light, but still close easily. Only negative is the top of the plastic lid does scratch easily from clothing or other items set on it and moved slightly. Design is beautiful, contemporary and sleek.

Great looking toilet!Comes with 2 brackets that go where the toilet bottom usually bolts to the floor ..set the toilet down and 2 screws on the side.Great design!Good flush as well...I'm very happy with my decision. it was the least expensive one in that style

This is a great looking and operating toilet. It does have a unique install method. It requires you to use screws into a custom riser base from the sides of the toilet. So you will need some room to get into the sides of the toilet with a screw gun (my recommendation) to install this puppy. This worked for my location, but would not work for others in my home, so carefully measure and look at pictures of the sides to see if it works for your requirements. Note I gave this a three on the install, but if you have the space, it's an easy install, (I did it myself!)

It’s only been about a month but I love it. My poor husband would prob say never again because he ran into quite a bit of trouble installing, but after he got it in...I love it. It flushes great, looks great, and real easy to clean. We purchased one to try out. Waiting for price to go down and I’m looking to buy two more for my other two bathrooms.

Great toilet that installs really well with a few important tips. The instructions are not needed as all the valves are preset from the factory, so keep them for future reference only. First, throw away the wax ring that comes with the toilet and buy a Perfect Seal by Danco from the Depot. It makes for a perfect install and allows you to reposition the toilet if you make a mistake. You will not use the bolts that come with the seal as this toilet attaches differently. Second, this toilet includes a small filter on the water inlet line. REMOVE IT AND DISCARD! You will see what looks like a small plastic stick hanging out of the inlet water fitting. Grab it with pliers and pull to remove the filter. This filter is a nightmare waiting to happen. It will drop your water pressure and completely clog with any amount of water scale. How would you remove it for cleaning? No idea. Third, buy a pre-fabricated water line from the Depot and throw away the fitting pack they provide to make your own. Again, a nightmare waiting to happen with a leak. Also, install the water line onto the toilet before placing it, so you can easily connect the other end to the water valve. I recommend a Shark Bite right angle water valve as it connects easily and allows the valve to spin to align with the water hose. Finally, have someone sit on the toilet with their feet off the floor while you install the screws. The weight will fully seat the wax ring and allow the toilet to pull flush to the floor. Overall, install takes only a few minutes with these tips. In fact, it took longer to unbox the toilet and recycle everything than the actual install. Definitely a two person job though.

Toilet looks very nice and the installation was relatively easy as it lined up with everything from the previous toilet but as a one piece it is quite heavy. The seat is also quite a bit narrower than my last standard toilet seat. Something that I've gotten used to, but it is worth mentioning.I did run into a little trouble with the stability while installing, but I had a plumber scheduled anyway and he fixed it perfectly. Overall, very nice toilets and they look great!

We wanted something more decorative for our main bathroom and this fit the bill. The dual flush was a plus as well as the slow close lid but really it was all about having something modern and pleasing to the eye when we have guests. We got that in spades. This thing sure is a nice looking unit. My only complaint is the bolt caps could be a little more streamlined. We affectionally call this thing "Frakentoilet", not because it's ugly (quite the opposite) but because the caps stick out from the sides much like the bolts out of the old school Frankenstein monster's neck. To anyone not studying the unit I'm sure it wouldn't be that big a deal.If you're familiar with installing toilets you shouldn't have too much trouble with this thing. I was a little concerned but my fears were mostly unfounded. I do have a couple of tips.- The toilet seat came attached on our unit. I would recommend taking it off prior to installation. When attempting to a 2 person carry, there's just not a lot of places to grab so naturally the inside of the bowl is a good grip.... except the lid wants to dig into your arm. Taking it off with eliminate this problem and make it easier to handle.- I was nervous about just throwing down a wax ring and sitting the unit on top blind so we did a dry run to line everything up prior to placement. I think this really helps us set everything square and have all the lines sitting the right way. Once set I placed some pencil marks at 3 key points were the bowl met the floor (see picture). Once the ring was installed it was no issue to set the bowl down on those marks and know we were good to go with no wiggling the ring out of place.After 2 months of use we have had no leaks, no problems, and the unit is very easy to clean (both on and round). It looks great and works well!
