Yes, catnip is a member of the mint family, so it will have a bit of a mint smell to it. The Honeysuckle spray is similar, but has a hint of honeysuckle that is noticeable.

Is this comparable to Kong Naturals?

In my opinion (and my cats)... no...I tried this as Kong has been difficult to find and my cats just sniffed and walked away. I'd stay with Kong if you can find it.

Can these be applied to human skin as insect repellent?
