Perfect for making a Princess cake

I used this to make icing for a Swedish Princess cake.I could've rolled it thinner, but this was my first attempt.The cake only lasted a few hours- it was that good.

Bought this to save time molding food coloring evenly into marzipan which can be really hard. Anyhow, best to use premium marzipan unless you really need to save time or just using this for decoration and not taste. The color is stronger than one would need for traditional Swedish cakes, but it can be molded with other marzipan to lighten, which we did. The taste is a little waxy, so again, best to use with other marzipan.

Love everything about this light-green colored Marzipan. Hide it before you use it as a topping on your Princess cake that you will be making. Otherwise, it will bet eaten right out of the container by someone in your family....before you get touse it for the cake you will be making.

I was so sure I saw Mandelin containers at the high end bakery I used to work at (as a cashier, obviously not as a decorator hah) , and after tasting this I am sure I was right! Such a pure, delicious almond taste, sweet and perfect for Princess cake. Texture was smooth, easy to work with and roll out super thin. Loved it!

You don't really want to work with a pound of plain marzipan to get it this green when you can get it from Amazon. Tastes great.
