How often should I clean Oskar?

Daily: Refill with fresh water; clean if unused for days. All 2 weeks: Remove wicks, clean with warm water and dish soap, then rinse. All 4 weeks: Descale if needed. Wipe exterior. End of season: Clean, dry, descale, and replace wicks before storing.

Why isn’t the humidity increasing while my Oskar is switched on?
