Swanson Hair Skin & Nails 60 Tabs

I've been taking this supplement for almost a year now. And am not planning to stop. My hair looks amazing. I get compliments all the time now about how healthy and shiny it looks. The effect is observed after about a month of taking the supplement. But as you keep taking it, it gets better and better. Also, the rate of hair and nail growth increases substantially. I recommend this supplement to all my friends and family.

I have come to believe this is a very fine suppliment. Yes it is large and you need to take two a day. But msm and the other non vitamin ingredients contribute a great deal to overall wellness and joint health and flexibility as well as the advertised benefits.I am not sure...but since I've been taking this Swanson product my scalp no longer itches terribly with small sores...but my grey hair is actually turning somewhat blonde. Who knows?But I do believe this a worthy suppliment...read in depth about each ingredient on the bottle label and you will like what you read I bet...

Nail growth is faster but I can't tell if anything else is improved. I'll know more when I get my hcl and pepsin supplement.I'll crush these tablets up and put it in capsules. That should improve assimilation. Then we'll see if anything changes.

And then, a little later, the tingling moved to other parts of my head for a little while. Hopefully this is a good thing. Problem is, these aren't small. Even with water, I had to break them to swallow them. And as I think someone else here said, they have a funny smell. To me the taste is milder than the smell, though. Overall, let's see how this goes.Update May 2013: I think it's starting to work. I put one of these in a container I keep green-apple infused white vinegar in, and occasionally splash some of it on the hair, and I also take up to three a day (the label says two per day). There's "bursts" of tingling in the back of the head now, and my hair's almost an inch longer. I must have really needed this product.Update Jan 2018: I've started to take this again, and will better talk about how it affects me. For example, as I typed this, there was a brief tingling on the top of my head.Update Feb 2018: I'm taking these along with a liquid iodine supplement and a multivitamin (not at the same time), and though there is some hair-skin-nail improvement (all are a little stronger), my face broke out a little. I'm going to crush these and put them into a skin lotion and hair conditioner to see what happens - it's part of the process of elimination, to see what caused the problem.Updated: It looks as though taking them contributes to the breaking-out, so I have to use them externally.Update April 2018: This by itself does make my face break out, so I have to stop using it. Not directly related, but the multivitamin also makes my face break out. I did some research, and it looks like it was because it has the "cyano" form of Vitamin B (the "methyl" one is supposed to be better). Every supplement I've ever had with Vitamin B in it has always made my face break out, and all of them had the "cyano" form, but it's not fair to make assumptions, so I'm going to see if I can get a "methyl" one to see its effect on me.

my nails were in very bad shape = broke constantly very badly but after a short time of use of your product my nails have improved and still are improving. I use three tabs a day.also my hair stopped fallen out. lisa

I ordered this product many times, and it's good for my hair. But I can't take the smell of them. This last is extremely bad, and so I bought something else, and through out the full bottle I got from you. All other vitamins I buy are fine, but I just get sick of these in particular.
