So far so good!!
I'm 44 and still get my periods on time however things have been changing over this last year and I feel like I might be entering perimenopause sometime in the near future. I have a hard time sleeping, I cannot lose weight anymore no matter what, I'm getting dry down there and that was never a problem before, my periods have been coming earlier than normal, stuff like that. My biggest concern though and the reason I started searching for help is I have almost completely lost my ability to orgasm. It used to come easy for me with multiple and now it's just so darn hard to get there no matter what, alone or with my SO. And our sex life is fantastic so it's not that. It was never ever an issue before. So I started libido supplement and nothing helped, I tried so so so so many brands. And then I began researching hormonal imbalances wondering if maybe it was all because of that. I'm not ready to see my gyno yet so I tried this first. I also am trying the julva cream also from this brand. Yes they are both a bit expensive but I believe it's worth it. I've only used balance for a month now, and my period came only two days before the "break" you're supposed to take from this cream each month. I was due to stop using it Tuesday and I started Sunday. So far, I am having more cramps than normal and more nausea and just overall not feeling well with this period, however I actually believe that's a good sign because this is how my periods always used to be. But they had become painless and just different. I feel like the fact this feels like the periods of my youth, that it's doing something. Also, I've been sleeping much better AND MOST IMPORTANTLY (to me) I've managed to have partnered orgasm a couple times this month!! That's shocking to me because we are intimate an average of three times a week and in the last 1.5 years I had only been able to orgasm four times!! So the fact that I have multiple times this month is wild to me! I feel like it's actually working! Also, my skin has looked amazing and I've dropped some weight. My belly feels flat and not bloated anymore. I am more emotional however but more teary than anything, and again, that's how I USED to be. So I do believe this stuff works and I will update in another couple months. I would recommend getting this if you are having some female issues.

Solved my low hormone levels
After blood work showing my hormone levels were low, my nutritionist prescribed this. I’m 58 woman, and I noticed a difference within one day. I felt more like myself, and my stiff joints were 50% better.

Sound Sleep Made Possible
I learned of this product from a friend who, like me, was struggling sleeping through the night since menopause. Menopausal solid sleep can be fleeting, and this product changed that for me instantaneously. I apply the cream per instructions before bedtime, and typically fall asleep within 5 minutes of application. I am grateful that there are products like Dr. Anna's that consider the true roller coaster of hormones that a woman rides during the middle phase of her precious life. Sleep is critical to one's health and well being, thankful to be getting a full night again.

Seems like a nice cream but has fragrance. Made in USA. Read cautions.
This is a soft and easy to use cream that contains progesterone and pregnenolone. Since these are hormones that are also available by prescription, I wondered why it is legal to sell this. I found an article that states topical progesterone is as affective as oral prescription progesterone. So I am mystified still. I am surprised that big Pharma has not put a stop to the marketing of this product, which is probably safer than the oral versions since they have to pass through the liver.I would caution to you to not use more than the recommended amount, which is one pump of the cream. Also you should take at least five days off, and more if you are young enough to have menstrual cycles. (The label just uses the word cycling, but it has nothing to do with riding a bicycle, LOL.) Seriously, you should probably consult with your doctor and have your hormone levels checked before using this on a regular basis. Some doctors like to prescribe estrogen, testosterone, and so on, along with progesterone. There is a warning label on the bottle in really tiny print. I used my magnifying glass and figured out that it is the California required warning that something in the product may cause cancer or birth defects. That is a little concerning.I like that this is American made of mostly natural ingredients. It has a floral scent, not noticeable when I apply to my hands but too strong for me too use on my face. I have fragrance allergies. It comes with a little booklet with instructions. I looked up Dr. Cabeca and she has a practice in Georgia.Personally I feel the marketing is irresponsible. People will see the enthusiastic claims and use the product without following the instructions or consulting with their own doctor. Hormones can be powerful and you want to keep them in balance.
