Highly recommend this for any student looking to increase their wound closure skills. The skin pad in this kit is durable. The instruments are not stamped SS, but they're sturdy enough to withstand multiple uses. Included are Adson Tissue Forcep, Needle Driver, Straight Iris Scissors (sharp), and a Blade Handle.The wounds on the suture pad are less complex but challenging enough to practice a variety of suture techniques.Highly recommend for on the go training where chicken thighs won't fly.Warning on box states not for use under the age of 16. Needles are cutting. With proper training, supervision, and technique, a 6yo was able to manage this kit with ease.

Great quality kit! I would really recommend this suture practice kit if you want to master your techniques .The silicone pad and tools are more durable and much better quality than another product I bought online. The fabric mesh built into pad makes a big difference in the experience; sutures don't rip the skin if you go deep enough. This kit has everything you need to practice suture skills and the price also amazingly low. Recommended!

Bought it as a gift for a friend. I thought the product would be a little sturdier it was a little flimsy. Not great for using multiple times.

This was a useful kit with the provided practice suture. The practice needles are a little large but that isn't much of an issue for learning. The silicone pad is a little too soft for practice with fine suture (say 6-0 USP) if the user is inexperienced but good otherwise

This is actually a pretty cool suturing kit. It comes with everything shown in the picture. The quality of suture pad is top notch and comes with sutures and essential tools. It’s a perfect gift for a medical student who just began a surgical rotation.
