Great little dishwasher
I thought about getting this for a long time, and after a few weeks I'm really glad I did. It cleans dishes really well, fits on my counter, and doesn't make much noise. Pouring in the water is pretty easy- about 4 pitchers full, and after a few configurations I've found a way to get the hose into my sink without it moving around. My one small complaint is that it's not really designed for bowls, more for plates- although I'm making it work.

Efficient and sanitizes dishes better than hand washing
Easy to install with help. After all it is 50 pounds, but fits on counter. Easy to fill and use. Four pitchers and it’s full.

No support or helpful instructions
Tried for days to figure out the set up and controls and never got the thing to actually work properly. The instructions included are vague at best and there is little to no information found online or even any easily accessible support from the manufacturer. Not worth the time and trouble. Returned it.

You Deserve Help with the Dishes
There might be many reasons you're considering buying this little dishwasher. Mine is for a temporary situation that might last longer than I want. So, I opted to purchase some help with the dishes. It's big for being small, so make sure you check the dimensions if you need it to fit in a specific spot. And if you are lifting it up on to a counter yourself, be prepared for it to be a hefty lift. The dishwasher arrived packaged well and I read through the enclosed instruction booklet. Most of it was easy to follow. Easier if the illustrations of the back side where the tubes go, were photos, but it's followable. I am not strong enough to pinch the ring that's supposed to go over the drain tube to keep it in place. Tried with some pliers but didn't quite get it so I tried the drain tube without the pinch ring and so far, the tube is staying in place. I use the water reservoir -- not hooking the machine to an outside water source. But that hose and connector were provided as stated in the product description. The dishwasher is gentle with glassware and the unit is not too noisy. At first, it's a little weird when you pour in the water because it takes SO much water and you wonder if it's leaking. Use the pitcher that is provided and fill it several times to pour into designated area. The instruction booklet indicates what icon will show on the little panel if more water is needed. I read through several product descriptions when trying to decide which little dishwasher to buy. This purchase feels extravagant for me because my situation is temporary, but I already am glad I bought it. Sometimes, you just need help with the dishes and for me, for now, this is the solution.

Not perfect, but gets the job done
I bought this for my apartment about a month ago and it’s made it much easier to keep my kitchen clean. It’s so nice not to have to constantly have a subject ful of dirty dishes. The 35-minute econo wash cycle works fine for most things in my experience, although I did the 1:30 wash for a few glasses that were really dirty and they came out sparkling clean. The only two disadvantages to be aware of (and why I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars):1) The assembly directions are not intuitive at all. I figured it out with some trial and error.2) The manual pour feature on the water tank doesn’t have the greatest design. It works (which is what’s most important to me), but if I pour too quickly, it ends up spilling a fair amount of water. The end result is that I have to pour S-L-O-W-L-Y, which is mildly annoying.Overall, even though the design is imperfect, I would say that I’m satisfied with my purchase.

LOUD and the housing seperated 1st day
the entire outer housing detached completely on the 1st day.....had to duct tape it togetherthe upper arm screw is crooked and so the spray arm scrapes the inside making a loud growling sound.otherwise it works ok.

Compact and perfect. . .
Fits on my counterspace perfectly. Love this. Perfect for the single person in apartments; or those who don't have much space for a regular dishwasher. Easy to use with various settings.

It's awesome!!!
Using this in a RV. I use the washwater the water tank provided. It washes all of the dishes so GREAT! Fits a lot considering the size of the dishwasher too.
