Worst customer service
There was one screw damaged in right arm rest. I have filed complain to cellbell two times and both time they sent incorrcet items. In first order, they sent incorrect set of screws. In second order, they sent arm rest of differrent design.Chair is good but only if you get it undamaged.Otherwise, you will be in never ending communication with their customer support to get your issue resolved.No use of 3 years warranty as the issue doesnt get resolved so soon.Its been 20 days since I first complained and still waiting for the resolution.Update 1 - Nov 03 2023 : Instead of resoving issue, I have got a call from Cellbell team to remove bad reviews and put good reviews to extend warranty for 6 months. Not getting enough for 3 years warranty itself, what will I do with 6 months more warranty?

Very bad customer serviceI bought a chair and we have install by ourself because you not able to provide installation and later also suspension not work properly and same you have sent only product who will install it we are not car painters or professional in this you job is installed it very first time for customer satisfaction.Very very bad experienceYour 3 year warranty is likely a joke.No customer support for a chair that cost 7KPls get your chair back and return my money .Bad service by this, very fail product , feeling regret of not buying it from local vendors atleast we can go there for help , cellbell provide zero help.
