Just received this ice maker and making the first batch of ice - so far I LOVE it! The ice is perfect and it makes ice quick! It’s very quiet when it’s running as well. The unit is a bit larger than I expected but not so big it can’t fit on the counter in the corner or on a small shelf or wine fridge. If it has staying power I will absolutely love this ice maker!After 6 months it’s is leaking. I have spent a month contacting the the company. At first they responded and I thought they were going to help. Then after a few emails, no longer responding to my emails. They don’t have a customer service number. So I am stuck with a $400 leaking ice machine I really like and want to use!UPDATE: the company reached out and is sending a new machine. I am thrilled and can’t wait to receive it. I have received the confirmation, so it appears they have held up to their guarantee. This truly is a great machine and if they treat their customers this way from the beginning I would recommend buying from them.

Truly disappointed in the lifespan of their product and their lack of response.4/16/24 *Revised*We got our first machine in 2022. It lasted just less than a year. The company replaced the original unit (in 2023), which was greatly appreciated. Our newer replaced unit has lasted about a year again. This time the light flashing indicates that the machine is frozen. I’ve taken all of the recommended steps to address the issue in addition to unplugging the unit for hours and up to days in hopes that it might thaw. Regardless, the flashing continues and no ice is being produced. I have since messaged the company again and awaiting a response but my recommendation is to find a machine that might be less problematic and have a longer lifespan.+++++Set up was easy. Ice came fairly quickly and it was amazing. We loved the soft chunky nuggets! The machine was quiet until we’d had it for about 6 months. It’s now horribly noisy and the light that indicates the need to refill the water reservoir comes on a lot, even when the water reservoir is full. When this light is on, ice is not being made. Lifting the ice basket, putting it back into place and then closing the lid works but we have to do this often. I have reached out to the company and have been corresponding with them but it seems to be going nowhere. We’ve spent a significant amount of money on a machine that was good for a matter of months. We are still getting ice but it does not work the way it should and as I mentioned, it’s terribly loud, making a grinding sound and at other times it sounds like it’s chirping. I’d look for another brand that might last longer and perhaps better customer service.

I absolutely love this ice maker. Easy to clean, makes ice fast, actually makes enough ice for a family of 6 and if you forget to fill water and runs out with in 5-10 mins it’s full again. It is a little big but still have room on counter. We loved it so much I got one for my grandson and daughter one.

We had this Ice machine for almost 2 years. It was hands down the best one we had. It made ice quickly, the ice stayed frozen in your drinks, some of the fast nuggets melt very fast but not this. The design of the machine makes it like the made ice is in a cooler so it stays for a pretty long time if you aren’t using it. We used this machine nonstop. It ran faithfully for just shy of 2 years. We never cleaned it, I know our bad and stupid of us. It got hard water and clogged where we couldn’t dislodge it. Anywho, the sound people say, I mean it’s an ice maker, it makes sound and it really isn’t worse than any other small refrigerator. It never bothered us. Would highly recommend, but just make sure to clean it!

Buyer beware. Delivered on May 5th 2022 and today it stopped working. ( 10/27/2022 Tried to contact seller to find warranty or repair place. NO luck. Tried to contact Amazon, NO LUCK. The item lasted 5 months and now I have a $315 LAND Fill item. DO not look at the rating on this item.. it is only for the first week of ownership.The following was after the first few days.. update 10/27/2022 see aboveIT made enough soft crunchy ice for 3 of us to have ice within 30 minutes. The machine is a little loud, however i believe i can put a mat under it and help quieten the sound. Update in a few days after i try the mat. Quick Shipping from the company ( I bought it from the company and not amazon) and I had the item in 3 days..
