The Zune charger arrived on time it was the right size and worked perfectly.There was no need for returns,exchange, or a refund.

it definately charges BUT......
So I but a used working Zune and the owner lost the cord so I bought this and once it came in i plug it in and ta-da it charges!!! But when I tried plugging it into my computer with all the softwares and commands done for it to work it kept reconnecting an disconnecting. I plug it back to a USB wall plug and it shows no connect or disconnect activity when charging but does on the computer. I was able to make it barely connect just enough to update it but then it disconnect itself. part of my thinks it the cable cause the zune shows no issues and everything on my computer is working perfectly. So good luck if you are planning on reviving Zune with the PC

Works perfect. I didn’t pay attention when ordering, or I would have chosen a longer cord. Only 4 ft long is not really long enough. However my Zunes now charge faster and hold more charge than they did with my old charger

Do not purchase this junk
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Complete and utter junk. Do not buy this cable for your Zune. I bought two of these thinking maybe one was faulty. Just go on the e auction place and get the real OE cable used. Charging half way worked but synching only worked while I was holding the cable.

It fits but........
I don't know why I bought this as Zune is a dead horse. You can't get software for them. Windows doesn't support them. I was hoping to use it on an old hard drive that has Zune on it but I don't have a working PC.
