If you have hormone problems then take these! It takes a couple of months to notice the difference but stick at it, it is so worth it! I take three of these every night (vegi type) with a combinatino of magnesium and vitamin b complex. My hormones no longer go mental every month, used to feel ill, couldn't concentrate at all, like being a zombie; now I just get a bit of water retention and that is pretty much it! These are working as intended, and have the added benefit of being suitable for vegans too. While they are a bit pricier than other brands, I feel that the benefits I have noticed make it worth while and I plan on taking them indefinitely.

My previous evening primrose oil gummies are out of stock. I'm no good with gelatin so I ordered this.Easy to swallow and it's not upset my stomach.Research before purchasing as some can't tolerate this oil.
