Don’t go for this if you are allergic to beta alanine
It’s my first pet workout and just after taking it with in 20 minutes, I just felt that tingly, itchy feeling under my skin , it was little uncomfortable and unexpected. It stayed for 2 hours. After than I felt normal.So I don’t recommend as it has beta-alanine in this.

Trying this for the last 6 months... i go to gym after heavy work .. already tired.. but my pro works as expected from a pre workout. gives instant flush of energy and boost . Huge pumps.... but doesnt last for a very long time.. its good as a good sleep is also needed after gym.
