Does this timer turn itself off after it beeps?

the screen show 10,5,1 and 10s can i program it for 3 min or another different one?

This one I just purchased, looks like the smallest you can go is 10 seconds, so when you press it you can get 10, 20, 30 seconds, etc. So if you want 3 minutes you press the 1 minute button 3 times. eTradewinds is another one I purchased, you can do any minutes you want and any seconds also.

How does the Stopwatch function work? I am trying to time interruptions (at work) to better plan my day, but I’m only seeing the timer function. Thnx.
