This is a great office chair with back and neck support. Easy to assemble if you can follow instructions and have basic understanding of putting things together. Quality materials.

Ordered this as a Christmas present, beyond complicated to assemble, was unable to connect the arms cause parts were machined wrong, I go request a refund and they don’t provide return shipping label and expect you to pay over a hundred dollars due to it being so heavy, spend the extra money with a known better quality product

Great office chair. comfortable, functional, and adjustable. Customer service was excellent! Mine arrived with a missing part and minor shipping damage, but they quickly sent the part and offered a partial refund. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, the chair is designed for working rather than gaming. It doesn't offer you a feeling on but makes you feel better when working on the table for a long time. It has a discontinuity point between shouder and lumber. Some people will think it is uncomfortable, but it helps your sacral bone in right position that prevent low back pain.

This C300 chair is very good, I like it. The seat cushion is soft and supportive, and the dynamic lumbar supporter can fit well. This product is of very good quality. Meanwhile, they have great customer service. I contacted their customer service (service@sihoooffice.com), they addressed all my questions.

The chair is easy to assemble, super heavy (good quality). One wheel breaks after 3days of usage and I contacted Sihoo through their official website. Replied relatively fast and shipped 2 replacements. Now it works perfectly! Would recommend this to anyone who is short and light weight. (Size wise it fits me pretty well and I’m 5’4’’. 108 lb)

One day after received package. Assembly mesh chair take about 1 hour or less.How do I feeling about siting mesh chair ? lumbar support bit uncomfortable and make my back shoulder stiff. My butt fight against mesh seat since there no seat slide plus stay back due lumbar support feel like force me go forward. I am 5'6" and average weight.I own WorkPro executive mesh chair for 8+ year and dual lumbar support. It extremely comfortable, seat slide and dual lumbar support. just that very old and need replace mesh chair.Bit too late since I threw aways package box and WorkPro mesh chair in trash. (not possible return)I will try adjust it and get use new Sihoo C300 chair.recommend ? probably answer NO and feel like new mesh chair fit for women but mens... no and not good for beyond 5'8" tall due how feel chair seem so small.
