amazing!
I saw a video for this device, and it piqued my curiosity. I bought this one and another brand to compare the features. I have to say, this one is the winner, hands down. One of the features that makes it superior was that you do not have to hold down the button to activate the electric. Unlike a fly swatter, you do not swat at bugs, but just gently wave it around when a bug is flying near you. The bugs get bopped and zapped. By not needing to hold the button you don't have to find the button when you need it quickly. The other benefit is that you can keep the device active on its stand so if any fly into it, it takes care of them. They do not seem to be attracted to it, so it is just by chance that they fly into it. I set it on the table next to me in case they are lured in by my breath. I live in the country where mosquitoes and gnats are common this time of year and although I have a regular zapper, this is actually more effective - because not all bugs go for the zapper, but most will go for a human's breath. The other feature that I think makes it superior is that the grid pattern is very small. Although the one with the wider grid does effectively take down small bugs, like gnats, I think this one gets more. It definitely doesn't eliminate every bug - but it definitely helps. As with other brands, it does have a usb charging feature. I specifically chose that because replacing batteries did not sound like something I would want to deal with. It holds a charge for quite a while - enough for me to spend a few hours outside, for several days, before it needs charging. It takes a few hours to charge.

Great fly killer
We tend to get a lot of fruit flies and house flies in the house in warmer weather and this has been a great tool to fight back with. I enjoy turning it on to it's "always on" mode, sitting it on top of my food waste bin, and giving the bin a sharp tap and hear the symphony of pops as the fruit flies vaporize. It works well on larger house flies, wasps, etc. as well though it tends to need to deliver multiple jolts to fully do those larger creatures in.This swatter has proper USB-C support and can charge fine over a C to C cable. My charger indicated it was drawing around 0.75A at 5V while charging. The battery lasts quite a long time as well and has held its charge well between uses. The swatter has two modes, an "on demand" mode where you have to keep a button pressed while using it, and then an "always on" mode that leaves the swatter energized and also turns on a UV light that purportedly draws bugs into it, though I haven't really seen that be that effective in practice.Durability wise, it's stood up to almost a year of use without showing any signs of wear and the battery is still holding strong. I'd definitely consider buying this one again.

Zap the flies like crazy
I had a big fruit fly issue at home and purchased this item and the stand version of the zapper product. This paddle version is what I recommend everyone gets. Worked very well for me. You can place the paddle on a stand with a blue light on while charging or you can simply run around and zap all the flies as well by waving the paddle around. I found that leaving the paddle on the stand didn't really zap any flies but when I started to wave the paddle around, I was zapping flies like crazy. You can lose your mind and start zapping like a maniac unable to stop! LOL. Kidding aside this product worked very well. You have a switch where you have 3 modes. 1 - turn it on and hold a button down to zap flies or 2 - just flip the switch to turn on at all times and zap the flies or 3 - just turn off completely. I tried a few different products, this particular one consistently worked the best. Highly recommended.

It works great.
It works great, especially in manual mode. Love the zapping sound it makes on mosquitoes. Have not tried it with flies yet, but my concern was disease carrying mosquitoes. The charge seems to be holding good in manual mode. My only concern is longevity of battery. It’s sealed and not replaceable, hence my rating for 4*.I’m hoping it lasts for couple years.

Love this racket
I bought this racket in October of 2024, but tonight I'm back to place a review. I liked it so much, that i bought a second, kitchen & living room. Tonight this racket blew my mind. There was a wasp in my kitchen, I hit it w the racket and lost sight of it, it was alive and I tried to squash it with my garbage can. Too scared to check. Next thing I hear the sound of a bug hitting the racket, then again and again. Slightly scared the cat. The wasp was lodged in the racket and this racket electrocuted it... sounded like the 4th of July. I'm in awe of this amazing racket. Place them in typical spots, it works!

Working as described, no issues as of yet, just received it
Size:It's huge, bigger than I thought it would be Brightness:The light is bright enough to attract in dark spaces. It was also 3/4 charged when it arrived and it arrived packaged well. Your going to need USB docks for these as they don't come with any only the cords. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this over others because of the reviews, the stand dock, and I enjoy not having to constantly press a button to zap bugs/mosquitoes/gnats in my house/room. The auto zap is number one reason I pitched these. Noise level:So far I can't speak of the noise level as I haven't heard it zap or make any initial noises at start.Battery:lasts about 3 hours continued auto zap without charging
