I've tried several nasal sprays and this is my favorite. The others I have tried are too harsh - maybe too much salt. I've been using this for years and I'm glad I found it here on Amazon. If you're new to this product, be aware that you have to push down when you first use it because there is a little plastic connection that you have to break.
