Beautiful, Functional, and Worth Every Penny!
This pan truly lives up to the hype! The Our Place Always Pan 2.0 is not only gorgeous on my stovetop, but it also performs like a dream. It heats evenly, the nonstick surface is top-tier (nothing sticks even eggs!), and I love the thoughtful details like the built-in spoon rest and steamer basket.I’ve used it to sauté, steam, and simmer, and it’s replaced multiple other pans in my kitchen. Cleanup is super easy I just wipe it down with a soft sponge and warm water. As long as you follow the care instructions (no metal utensils, avoid high heat), it holds up beautifully. If you want something that’s both stylish and practical, this is it. Highly recommend!

Favorite pan.
This pan stays out in the range. I use it multiple times a day. So lightweight and washes well. I have wrist problems so this is important otherwise I would use cast iron all the time. Nonstick is great. If it only lasts a year like most nonstick as it gets less and less smooth it is still worth it and I’ll just buy another. So far so good in the coating. Just don’t heat it up too high and ruin the coating.

Non-Stick on Steroids
Let me preface this by stating that my wife likes to make scrambles with 2 egg and the rest egg whites. I’ve been telling her to use my seasoned carbon steel pans but I’m the one that does the dishes and I’m having to clean super baked on egg leftover and hearing about the frustration of the “non-stickiness”. I asked my FB friends what they use and after sifting through those that read the requirements vs those that didn’t it seemed ceramic was the way to go. The first scramble she made with just a quick spray of oil slid out with ease. It’s been a dream. Today I decided to write the review but wanted to do the ultimate test. Only egg whites and NO oil/butter. You can see that the pan scraped clean. Wow. It was a little grabbier without oil but came right up with the wooden spatula. I’ve since ordered the bigger one too.

Knob on lid gets extremely hot
Love this pan, except for the lid. The knob gets extremely hot while cooking on stove top. Cleans easy. Customer service is great!! I had an issue with the wooden utensil that came with this pan and customer service was quick to respond and even sent me two new ones.

The ONLY pan/pot I need
Amazing craftsmanship. Worth every penny. This will be my go to pot. I probably will have to sell or give away everything else. Beautiful too. It's going to stay on my counter top.

Non-Stick properties did NOT last after 2 months of use
I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own.Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA.$150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly. What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE AMAZON PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Amazon, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Amazon directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!

Not good for searing!
If you like your food seared don't but this pan. You can only preheat for 90 seconds with oil, butter whatever you choose. I bought it to make my eggs and for that it works great. I had bought the larger skillet a couple of years back but ended up giving it away. I like my food seared and it just wasn't doing it for me. I love seared veggies but no. Not with these pans. I purchased the blue pan, very pretty. Expensive but great for my eggs!
